Job Description

The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport goods efficiently and reliably. This role requires strong knowledge of route navigation and vehicle maintenance to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate vehicles safely and comply with all traffic laws
Navigate assigned routes effectively to optimize delivery times
Perform regular vehicle pre and post trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries
Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch effectively
Manage fuel consumption and refueling during trips

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Class A and Class B end dump truck driving
Strong skills in route planning
Excellent time management abilities
Effective communication skills
