What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients in a busy ICU environment
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
• Educate patients and families, adapting communication for diverse populations
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, managing complex medical equipment and medications
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently

What You Need:

• Active Louisiana RN license
• BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• At least 2 years of pediatric ICU experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Certification in a relevant clinical specialty
• Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic medical records
