Tier II IT Help Desk & Endpoint Admin Specialist

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC

BIT, LLC is seeking a Journeyman IT Help Desk Specialist in Washington, DC to provide Tier II frontline support for ~275 staff. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS desktops and mobile devices, and serve as an escalation point above Tier I. Ideal candidates have imaging, patching, MFA, and identity management skills, and experience with Ivanti, KACE, JAMF, and Microsoft Intune; ability to mentor Tier I staff and coordinate with Service Desk, NetOps, and Cybersecurity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC
