About the job Location: Remote - must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington. We're seeking an exceptional remote Behavioral Health (BH) Case Manager to join our team. Under the direction of the ECM Clinical Manager, the BH Case Manager serves as the client’s primary point of contact and works with all their providers such as doctors, specialists, pharmacists, social services providers, and others to make sure everyone is in agreement about the client’s needs and care.
