Daycare/training assistant/Dog walker/Pet-sitter wanted to move into Supervisor position: Assist in our structured dog daycare facility. Assist with Dog walking & Pet-sitting from client's homes. Overnight with our boarders at our facility. Assist in the training. Must be available to work weekends/some holidays. Have great COMMUNICATION skills. Have a current working cell phone (for our apps). MUST HAVE an insured/reliable vehicle and drivers license. A background check is required. Experience a plus, but not required. Must be able to walk at least "2" large dogs at a time. Must be able to multi task and follow directions. Must have a sense of urgency and be flexible to the constant changes of the job. As a Dog Walker, you will be picking up dogs from their homes, getting them ready, and taking them for a walk on a pre-specified route, for a designated amount of time. You will be responsible for keeping the dog safe during your walk, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they are having a great time while being safe. The ideal candidate has experience working with dogs of many sizes and breeds, can work outside in a variety of temperatures and seasons, and has excellent customer service skills.
