You'll provide compassionate support in a team-based environment where your contributions are valued.Duties and Responsibilities:Motivates and encourages clients who have an acquired brain injury to progress in the home environment as well as in the communityAssists clients with activities of daily livingSupports clients by preparing them for their day and assisting them getting to and from work, therapy, and other appointmentsRange of motion exercisesPerforms household services essential to home health careAttends concerts, sporting events and other entertainment activities with clientsRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with TBI or SCI preferredCertified Medication Aide (CMA) or Med Tech certification preferred or required by state regulationsCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)Ability to lift, transfer, and physically assist individuals with mobility limitationsStrong observational, communication, and teamwork skillsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundariesJoin our team and make a real difference!
