This role requires someone with a strong field marketing foundation who brings meaningful experience working alongside partner and channel organizations.This is a high-impact role with room to grow as our partner marketing strategy evolves.What You'll DoDesign and execute integrated field marketing programs tied to pipeline goals and target accounts — with partners as a primary channel and audienceServe as the primary field marketing partner to Channel Sales, Broker Partnerships, Accountant Partnerships, and Technology Alliances teamsPlan and manage co-branded field programs, including regional events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, partner enablement sessions, and local market activationsBuild integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, and partner channels — connecting partner motions to broader demand gen programsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to align programs to regional pipeline goalsCreate partner-facing campaign toolkits, messaging, and enablement resources to support scalable executionTrack partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; use data to optimize program investmentManage program budgets, vendor relationships, and MDF where applicableServe as a trusted marketing advisor to both internal stakeholders and external partnersWho You AreMinimum of 5+ years of experience in field marketing or B2B demand generation, with meaningful experience working alongside or within a partner or channel ecosystemStrong foundation in field marketing fundamentals: regional pipeline strategy, event-based programs, sales alignment, and integrated campaign executionExperience supporting indirect sales channels such as brokers, accountants, resellers, or strategic alliancesProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programs across cross-functional teamsData-driven with experience measuring pipeline contribution and campaign ROIComfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where the strategy continues to evolvePreferred QualificationsExperience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, SaaS, or related B2B industriesFamiliarity with SMB or mid-market customer segmentsExperience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platformsKnowledge of ABM and regional field marketing strategiesWhat Success Looks LikeGrowth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelineStrong execution of field and co-marketing programs that connect partner motions to regional demandTrusted relationships with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing stakeholdersPrograms that scale — not just one-off activationsWhy Join JustworksAt Justworks, you'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, curiosity, and customer impact.
