Leading the strategy and execution for the Accountant & Bookkeeping Partner Channel in the US, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage enterprise partner relationships, drive retention and expansion, and enhance multi-product adoption to support revenue growth. Key responsibilities Scale and coach the US Enterprise Partner Success & Payments team to foster a sales-led culture with accountability for revenue Establish advanced sales motions, full-funnel forecasting, and CRM best practices across enterprise firms Design a unified commercial approach that aligns partner relationships with payment opportunities Required qualifications Proven leadership experience in strategic account, partner, or revenue teams within Enterprise SaaS, payments, or B2B environments Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning revenue targets and delivering accurate forecasts Experience in engaging in sales calls, deal support, and executive partner meetings Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders Deep understanding of the US small business ecosystem, accounting software, or payments landscape
