School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Details Location: Central Ohio area Employment Type: Full‑Time, Contract Setting: School‑Based (K–12) Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours Caseload: Based on district needs and candidate experience Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals Provide direct speech‑language therapy services in individual and group settings Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and related speech‑language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Active Ohio Speech‑Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure School‑based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Why Apply?
