What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of children and their families by:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Developing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff
• Monitoring client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
• Coaching and educating parents to promote success beyond therapy sessions
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Adjusting treatment strategies to maximize meaningful outcomes
• Helping children gain confidence, independence, and life-changing skills

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

✔ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

✔ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

✔ Experienced with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

✔ Passionate about working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

✔ A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

✔ Dedicated to clinical excellence and lifelong learning
