Location: De Forest, WI Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial management, including invoicing and budget compliance. Enter payroll data from foremen and coordinate with the payroll department for processing. Perform detailed financial analysis and keep accurate records for multiple projects. Create and issue invoices for project-related expenses. Manage lien waivers to meet legal and compliance requirements. Use advanced Excel functions. What The Company Is Looking For Experience: 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (more experience for handling more complex projects). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
