- # ServiceNow Admin/DevBeaverton, OR, United StatesFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID9165Location: Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NCWe are seeking a skilled **ServiceNow Administrator** to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance* Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms* Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls* Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules* Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues* Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions* Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards* Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed**Required Qualifications*** 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience* Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes* Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)* Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts* Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**Preferred Qualifications*** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)* Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems* Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)#LI-JW2**Ralliant Corporation Overview**Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
