Real Estate Associate AttorneyWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of real estate law experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreementsProvide counsel to clients on various aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, and developmentCollaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationshipsConduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developmentsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's practice areas and industriesRequirements:3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing transactionsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law schoolActive membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where you are admitted to practiceExcellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleaguesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in real estate development and joint venture workFamiliarity with industry-specific regulations and lawsStrong academic credentials and a record of achievementIf you are a motivated and experienced real estate attorney looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
