Overview:

We are currently hiring a Welder to join our team in Albuquerque! This position is a great opportunity for someone with welding experience who enjoys hands-on manufacturing and working with metal.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on commercial door components and assemblies
• Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions
• Weld, grind, and finish metal components
• Assemble and fabricate commercial door products
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Skills and Experience:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous welding experience preferred
• MIG welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic measurements
• Comfortable working with metal and hand tools
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with your hands throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
