Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery - AYA
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated women's services team in Lubbock, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum process.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
✔ Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
✔ Assist physicians and healthcare providers during deliveries and procedures
✔ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔ Educate patients and families regarding childbirth, recovery, and newborn care
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications
✅ Active RN License (Texas or Compact State License)
✅ Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications
✅ Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
✅ Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
