Associate Marketing Manager

Monthly salary: $1,500 - $1,800 USD We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our partner's Affiliate Marketing team. In this client-facing role, you will handle day-to-day partner communications, manage client meetings, perform key tasks, and generate performance reports using Excel and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent environment, can align with EST business hours, and is eager to drive results in a fast-paced environment (fintech experience is a plus!). What you will do: Support Strategic Execution: Assist in managing performance-driven affiliate and partner marketing programs for a portfolio of clients. Collaborate on strategic planning and day-to-day operations across partner recruitment, media planning, TM+ bidding, and compliance. Translate client goals into actionable plans with support from senior team members. Own Key Program Workstreams: Coordinate with affiliate networks, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables. Manage tracking setup, reporting processes, and budget pacing in alignment with client goals. Conduct initial data analysis to surface trends and flag opportunities for deeper exploration. Build Client & Partner Relationships: Serve as a support contact for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-up. Participate in meetings and present work confidently, with support from senior team members. Help build trust by showing reliability, organization, and attention to detail in everything you do. Grow Your Affiliate Expertise: Stay up to date on affiliate industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies. Proactively seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and share learnings with the team. Take ownership of your development and contribute to a collaborative, “all in” team environment. What you bring: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to affiliate, performance, or partner marketing strongly preferred. Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with performance reporting and metrics. Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with confidence. A proactive, self-starter mindset—you take initiative and bring solutions. Ability to work independently and professionally handle stakeholders' requests. Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing, collaborative team. Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or program management software is a plus. A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
