Our focus is on customer satisfaction, employee success, and growth.The Product Marketing Associate Manager/Manager will be an important addition to our growing marketing team and will help support demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activities. This person will collaborate with global Marketing, Product Strategy, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services to drive Veeva's growth and our customers' success.This person will also play an important role in key customer events, including Veeva Commercial Summit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, produce high-quality deliverables with speed, and support the business in whatever ways are needed at the time.What You'll DoSupport go-to-market programs for new offerings, market segments, and geographiesGain a deep understanding of buyer needs and how Veeva solutions meet those needsDevelop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channelsPartner closely with product and market strategy to gain a deep understanding of product vision, upcoming innovations, and determine how best to communicate this externallyBuild product awareness through PR, article placements, and social mediaProactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketingCreate content (e.g. thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of the solution to the marketplaceCreate and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materialsEmpower sales to communicate our products effectively to prospective customersContribute to key customer events, including Veeva Commercial Summit, and other major industry conferencesRequirements2+ years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutionsExceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging and contentExperience writing product content (datasheets, blogs, infographics, etc.)Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy fast-paced work environmentsProven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levelsStrong project management skills with exceptional attention to detailAble to work independently with little management oversightSelf-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analyticalBachelor's degreeNice to HaveSuccess bringing innovative B2B offerings to marketProduct marketing experience related to cloud technologyLife sciences industry experience a plusExperience working globallyInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
