What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care within a 31-bed mixed acuity unit supporting medicine and stepdown patients
• Manage patient assessments, medication titrations, and IV therapies, including CPAP/BiPAP administration
• Document clinical interventions accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Respond to patient needs promptly, including charge responsibilities during shifts
• Float within the organization as needed, including coverage on nights
• Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a similar setting
• Proficiency with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge nursing

Preferred:

• Experience with EPIC documentation and medication management systems
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity environments
