What You'll Do
Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a PCU setting
Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans
Perform common procedures such as burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Float within Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as required
Document patient progress accurately and promptly
Participate in on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend shifts
What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Ohio
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience in a progressive care or step-down unit
Preferred:
Prior experience with adult/geriatric patient populations
Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
