Experience: Minimum 2 years acute care nursing, with at least 1 year in PCU

Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

Pay package discussed upon application. What You'll Do

Provide specialized care for oncology patients with high acuity needs
Monitor patient vitals using GE telemetry systems and other medical equipment
Administer medications, including blood products and chemotherapy (preferred but not required)
Manage IVs, central lines, PICC lines, and patient assessments
Respond to patient emergencies, interpret dysrhythmias, and utilize rapid response teams
Support patients with respiratory needs, including external CPAP/BIPAP and high-flow nasal cannula
Document patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
What You Need
Required:
Active RN license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience, including 1 year in PCU or telemetry settings
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
Skills: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV management, blood draws, port access, infection prevention, patient safety practices
Preferred:
Experience with chemotherapy, wound care, and advanced airway management
Previous travel or agency nursing experience
Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity
