Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: W-2, Per Diem

License/Certs: BLS, ACLS, Epic experience required

Experience: 1+ year of recent RN experience in PCU or Step Down

What You'll Do

Monitor and care for patients in the telemetry and step-down units

Pass telemetry tests and manage telemetry patients effectively

Float within Ohio State University (OSU) main hospital units as needed

Provide bedside patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow unit protocols

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Maintain accurate patient records and report changes

What You Need

Required:

Ohio Registered Nurse license (active)

BLS and ACLS certifications

Epic experience

At least 1 year of recent step-down or telemetry nursing experience

Ability to pass telemetry testing

Preferred:

Experience monitoring telemetry patients in a hospital setting

Ability to float across various units within OSU
