• Healthcare Business Development

• Physician Recruitment

• Nursing Recruitment

• Allied Health Staffing

• Executive Search

• Full-Desk Recruiting

• Healthcare Workforce Solutions

• Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new healthcare client relationships

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare organizations daily

• Secure new hospital, physician group, behavioral health, long-term care, and healthcare facility accounts

• Build relationships with healthcare executives and hiring managers

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities

• Partner with recruiters to successfully fill client positions

• Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through account growth

• Contribute to TrHN's nationwide expansion
