Social Media Content Creator

Overview Cotton & Company is seeking a content producer to support our portfolio of luxury real estate and private club clients across Florida. This role is hands‑on and combines content capture, editing, creative planning, and social media execution. The right candidate has a strong visual eye, is comfortable traveling regularly, and can turn on‑site content into polished, on‑brand social assets. They should be organized, adaptable, and interested in using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, content ideation, and production speed. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of content production and wants to grow within a fast‑moving agency environment. Key Responsibilities Travel throughout Florida on a recurring basis to capture photo and video content for client properties and clubs Produce and edit short‑form video, reels, photography, and lifestyle content for social and digital use Identify content opportunities on‑site and capture assets that align with each client’s brand and marketing goals Work with account managers and creative teams to plan content needs, calendar support, and campaign initiatives Prepare content for internal and client review in a polished, organized format Publish and schedule content across social platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook Use AI tools to support content ideation, editing workflows, caption development, and content repurposing Help maintain organized asset libraries and ensure content is shared efficiently across internal teams Support broader marketing efforts including campaign shoots, launches, and special activations Qualifications Experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate marketing is a plus Entry‑level applicants with a strong portfolio, creative eye, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation, editing, or marketing workflows Understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and what drives engagement Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams Willingness to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand consistency What Success Looks Like Capturing high‑quality content that reflects the lifestyle, exclusivity, and design of each property or club Turning raw content into polished social assets efficiently and consistently Spotting content opportunities in real time, not just following a pre‑set shot list Balancing trend awareness with brand standards Using AI as a practical tool to improve workflow, not as a substitute for creative judgment Helping the agency produce high quality content faster, more consistently, and with less reliance on outside vendors Opportunity This role fills an important need between strategy, content production, and day‑to‑day execution.
