Job DescriptionJob TitleERP Systems Analyst IJob SummaryThe ERP Systems Analyst I supports the administration and day-to-day operations of the company’s ERP platform (Acumatica). This role focuses on user support, basic system configuration, reporting assistance, and coordination of requests. The position works closely with the ERP Systems Manager to ensure efficient system usage and timely resolution of issues across Finance and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Issue TriageServe as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions and issuesTroubleshoot basic system errors and escalate complex issues as neededTrack and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolutionSystem Maintenance & Data EntryAssist with system configuration and data updates within AcumaticaPerform routine data validation and cleanup tasksSupport user setup, permissions, and access requestsReporting & Data SupportAssist in creating and maintaining basic reportsValidate data accuracy for reporting and dashboardsSupport data extraction for internal teams and external partnersRequest CoordinationHelp gather and document business requirements for enhancements and fixesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requestsAssist in tracking feature requests and bug fixes with external teamsDocumentation & Process ImprovementCreate and maintain user documentation, job aids, and training materialsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processesProject SupportAssist with ERP-related projects, upgrades, and testing effortsParticipate in user acceptance testing and validation activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)0–2 years of experience in ERP systems, IT support, or business systems analysisStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work with non-technical usersBasic understanding of accounting or business processes preferredExperience with ExcelExposure to Acumatica or other ERP systems is a plusJob DetailsJob Type: Regular Full-TimeCategory: Audubon Companies, LLCSalaried: Hourly
