As a Kindergarten Teacher at the Primrose School of Mt Juliet, you'll help prepare students for elementary school through small group academic lessons, scientific investigation, creative expression, physical well-being, and social and emotional development.

What Your Experience Looks like as a Primrose Teacher:

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must have a current Tennessee Teaching certificate or be in an eligible alternative licensure program
• Must have patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children
• Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must meet required state background check
• Must be able to work on iPad to enter children's daily logs and write incident reports and messages to parents. Up to par with oral and written skills
• Patience, attentive, and understanding for young children and their developmental needs
• Sense of urgency and flexibility
• Positive and caring attitude
• Coachable (receptive to feedback)
• Dependable (our school operations rely on and require your attendance)
