AGRONOMY BILLING / OFFICE MANAGER
:
Manage the agronomy billing of all locations. Check all job cards and scale tickets for accuracy of all information including products, splits and calculations. Insure the job cards and scale tickets are accurately attached. Ensure the office is staffed and properly supplied.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct billing operations in a timely manner
- Ensure job cards and scale tickets are correct prior to billing
- Correct billing of all agronomy operations
- Communicate with location managers about issues with their job cards or scale tickets
- Communicate with location manager to ensure the office is staffed when needed
- Run the scale and grain computer during harvest
- Work with customers to determine delivery hours
- Work with location manager to determine weekend hours and staff
- Maintain monthly bulk fertilizer spreadsheet
- Maintain a safe work environment and wear proper PPE when required
- Customer service is our priority: Serve patron in a manner that promotes our company, promotes customer service and delivers our patrons the services they need to succeed with their operations.
- Work overtime as required
- Perform any other task requested by your supervisor
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED. Experience with computer program operation and agriculture back ground preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as software manuals or report programs. Ability to communicate with employees and customers in a calm manner.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers, and to multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense when given instructions and thinking on your feet when confronted with an issue that must be corrected immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
