Physician - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Our client in Alaska is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 120‑day assignment starting Oct12,2026. This role involves comprehensive outpatient clinical work, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm. The Physician will focus on non‑operative musculoskeletal medicine, spine evaluations, and managing joint and soft tissue conditions, contributing significantly to patient care within a supportive environment. Responsibilities and Duties Outpatient clinical work only Work Monday–Friday,8 am–4 pm Clinical focus Non‑operative musculoskeletal medicine Spine evaluations and management Joint and soft tissue conditions Electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS) preferred but not required Ultrasound‑guided injections preferred Access to an accredited ambulatory surgery center for fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures Performance of spinal injections and nerve blocks is preferred but not required, including: Epidural steroid injections Facet joint injections Medial branch blocks Sacroiliac joint injections Selective nerve root blocks Opportunity to develop and expand interventional spine services Additional Information Required board certifications: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation EMR: Epic Benefits Strong compensation Travel‑related expenses covered A‑rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
