A Day in the Life Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team. Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in emergent situations. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. What’s Required Licensed RN in the State of Michigan. Experience in ER or critical care required.
