Job Title: ER Registered Nurse

Location: Lansing, MI

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2001.76 - 2101.85

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: State license, ACLS, BCLS by AHA, PALS, TNCC, ENPC (PREFERRED), NIH, Level I trauma experience REQUIRED, 2 year minimum experience REQUIRED, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, EPIC charting experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Manage night shift responsibilities from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Work rotating weekends (3 per 4-week schedule), with potential work on 1, 2, or all 3 weekend days.
• Float to pediatric units as needed.
• Ensure adherence to unit protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Work within high patient ratios, adapting to up to 8 patients depending on demand and holidays.
• Utilize required certifications and experience in fast-paced emergency settings.
