About the Facility

This outpatient facility provides geriatric care services and maintains established clinical protocols to support locum tenens coverage. The facility operates on-site and is structured to accommodate day shift clinicians delivering coordinated primary care to a geriatric patient population. Support staff includes APPs and RNs to facilitate quality care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

About the Facility Location

The assignment area offers a blend of historic and cultural attractions, including an open-air living history museum, a museum of American art, a contemporary art center, and a scenic quarry park. The downtown is compact and navigable on foot or by bike. The area experiences four distinct seasons, with mild temperatures in spring and fall, and additional leisure options are accessible within 25 miles in nearby communities.

About the Clinician's Workday

The Geriatric Medicine Physician will deliver primary care services to a geriatric patient population on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option for shorter shifts. The clinician will be responsible for the evaluation and management of geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. The role also includes providing consultation and supervision to APPs on-site. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
