Configuration Coordinator

Overview At WelbeHealth, we’re transforming the reality of senior care by providing an all-inclusive healthcare option to the most vulnerable senior population, functioning as both a care provider and care plan to those we serve. Alongside our growing Configurations team, the Configuration Coordinator will work behind the scenes for our providers and participants, ensuring proper and timely set-up of provider data and fee schedules for timely and efficient claims processing of services rendered by our provider network. Responsibilities Build and maintain fee schedules, claim/billing rules, authorization rules, and other pertinent payment requirements within our claims processing system to ensure accurate processing of claims in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy Validate and process W9 provider tax forms. Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims processing system Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration Associates Degree preferred Benefits & Compensation Benefits of Working at WelbeHealth: Apply your expertise in meaningful ways as we rapidly expand.
