Position: Project Manager Responsibilities Blueprint Mastery : Proficiently read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively. Change Order Expertise : Skillfully handle change order pricing to ensure project success. Project Prioritization : Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently with precision. On‑Site Leadership : Conduct jobsite visits to provide support, address concerns, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Value Engineering : Implement value engineering principles to optimize project outcomes. Timely Deliveries : Ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project schedules and client expectations. Team Coordination : Coordinate and manage project team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Scope Definition : Collaborate with general contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly. Progress Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to management. Requirements Comsense Experience : Preferred but not required. Proven Track Record : Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality. Problem‑Solving Skills : Strong problem‑solving abilities to address challenges efficiently. Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Technical Proficiency : Capability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem‑solving and attention to detail.
