Senior Construction Counsel — Contracts & Risk
The Weitz Company
The Weitz Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team in Des Moines, IA. You will partner with the General Counsel to provide practical legal guidance, review contracts, and manage risk across business units, including claims and litigation oversight. You’ll support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and complex projects, while coordinating with outside counsel and technology initiatives to improve contract workflows.
