Pearson seeks a Lead Specialist, Legal Counsel to partner with the Enterprise Sales group, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements while addressing data privacy, AI governance, and risk. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Security and operations to drive revenue growth within compliant, scalable contracts.
