Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hybrid | The Colony, TX

$40K–$45K Base + Uncapped Commission

The Money

• Competitive base salary ($40K–$45K)
• Uncapped commission , paid on every qualified appointment you book and every deal you source that closes
• Your results decide your income. The more you produce, the more you earn.

The harder you work, the more you make. No politics, no ceiling, just your number and whether you beat it next month.

The Setup

• Hybrid: 2 days in our The Colony, TX office, 3 days from home
• Benefits start after 90 days: paid time off (PTO), 401(k), and medical, dental and vision insurance

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and C-level decision-makers
• Get past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
• Book qualified first appointments for our Account Executives
• Build real relationships with executives
• Keep the CRM clean and accurate
• Join daily coaching and training sessions
• Beat your goals, not just hit them

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience
• You're energized by cold calls, not scared of them
• Sharp communication and listening skills
• A competitive streak and a work ethic people notice
• You're coachable and hungry to get better every day
