Qualifications:

• Active Alabama SLP license and Educator’s Certificate required
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred, including familiarity with IEP processes
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong skills in pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of school-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Engage in continued professional development within a supportive district team
