As an onsite SLP, you’ll work with approximately 55 students, helping them achieve communication milestones and enhancing their school experience. Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC) is required, ensuring you’ll work alongside a team of highly qualified professionals.

Your expertise will shine as you administer assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families. Your day-to-day will be filled with meaningful, hands-on work, making real connections with students who need your guidance.

What you’ll bring:

• Active SLP-CCC credentials (required)
• Prior experience with pediatric or K-5th school populations preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy and healthcare-based SLP services a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassion, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students onsite
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and track student outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
