Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults and geriatrics on a PCU/Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
- Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythms, and manage common dysrhythmias; respond to alarms and escalate as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, including non-titrated vasoactive infusions and blood products per protocol; maintain central and peripheral line care
- Support non-invasive airway management (BIPAP/CPAP) and assist with procedures; participate in rapid response and code events as part of the team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues (PT, RT, phlebotomy, social work, pharmacy) and document care in the electronic chart; contribute to handoffs and discharge planning

Requirements
- Active RN license (state or compact) in hand at time of submittal; Idaho license or a participating compact is typically required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience; Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown experience preferred; familiarity with cardiac/critical care diagnoses
- Ability to work in a 24-bed PCU/Telemetry setting; able to work nights and participate in a block schedule; willingness to float if needed
- Onboarding readiness: complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
