Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and recognize/dysrhythmias; respond per protocol
- Manage cardiac and vasoactive IV infusions (no titration required)
- Central and peripheral line care; administer blood products as indicated
- Provide non-invasive airway support (BIPAP/CPAP) and assist with airway management
- Participate in Rapid Response and Code Team activities; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient assessments and care in Epic; coordinate care across units
- Care for adult and geriatric populations with diagnoses such as heart failure, TAVR, CABG, stroke, sepsis, and renal/ respiratory conditions

Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a compact state at time of submittal
- ACLS and BLS certifications; NIHSS required
- Minimum 1 year RN experience; comfortable managing up to 4 patients on telemetry/stepdown
- Epic charting experience
- Ability to work nights on a 24-bed PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry unit
- Travel experience not required; first-time travelers welcome
- 50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates
