Join Able Rehab Staffing LLC as a Physical Therapist, PT where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of patients through tailored rehabilitation programs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering a positive environment for both our clients and staff. Our pay is per visit and dependent on visit type. This is a PRN to Part-Time opportunity with very flexible scheduling and autonomy over your availability. *Performing Oasis Start of Care is not required!* *You set your geography of where you want to take patients!* Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific rehabilitation goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
