Strategic HR Business Partner Construction Workforce

PlanIT Group in Kentucky seeks an HR Generalist to support strategic HR alignment with the organization’s mission, manage hires, terminations, promotions, and records, and ensure labor law compliance. Partner with management to resolve issues and implement fair solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and about 5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, ideally within construction.
