Green Thumb is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our production facilities and drive scalable HR programs across the organization. You will align HR strategy with business goals, partner with site leadership, and execute solutions that support local and national objectives. The role requires 5+ years as a strategic HRBP, strong communication and leadership, and experience with hourly workforces.
