Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our Management Development Program. If you have limited experience, the program will teach you everything needed to become a successful manager. If you have previous experience, the program allows for self‑paced learning and fast tracking to advance. Opportunities! The Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Individuals who have successfully managed a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise. Great Pay! Assistant managers are paid an industry competitive salary. They are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores and overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and manage multiple tasks at once is required. Responsibilities Lead the team and ensure high standards for customer service. Set example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time. Control costs, inventory, and cash; manage food and store cleanliness. Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and marketing. Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards. Provide excellent customer service; ensure attendance and punctuality. Qualifications At least 18 years old.
