What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctualityyour commitment matters
• Ability to pass a basic background check
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a great bonus!

Your Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

• Must wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Closed-toe shoes requiredsafety first!
• No jewelry, shorts, or clothing with holes permitted on the production floor

Shift Options & Pay:

• 1st Shift: MondayFriday | 6:45 AM 2:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 2:45 PM 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: SundayThursday | 10:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Training Pay: $18.00/hour (first two weeks)
• Post-Training Pay: $18.00 $20.00/hour based on experience
