This role collaborates closely with all members of the IPE support team to assist in the development, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring of IPE learning experiences and activities. The Program Coordinator helps ensure smooth delivery of IPE sessions by managing logistics, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day program operations across campus locations. Based in Pomona, California, this position is primarily in-person during the IPE academic semesters, with work focused on supporting students, faculty, and staff in IPE‑related activities. Outside of the academic semesters, the role continues with responsibilities related to IPE and broader university duties, including preparation for the upcoming academic year. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom), and learning management systems (e.g., Canvas or similar). Ability and willingness to learn new digital platforms and software tools quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive, professional relationships with faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to follow through on assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Capable of performing on-campus duties, including walking between locations and supporting in-person activities. Ability to receive constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner, and to apply it for continuous learning and professional growth. Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience or Training Prior experience in an academic, healthcare, or educational setting preferred. Experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry/management is desirable. Familiarity with coordination of events, programs, or logistics is a plus Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to individuals with Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, healthcare, communication, or a related field. Key Responsibilities Coordination and Support of IPE Learning Experiences and Activities: Assists with the scheduling, preparation, coordination, and delivery of IPE learning experiences and activities across participating colleges, programs, and campuses. Coordinates with participating colleges, programs, faculty representatives, and other stakeholders under the guidance of the Director of IPE . Consults with the Director before making substantive commitments or implementing changes that may affect IPE programming. Stakeholder Communication and Front-Line Support: Works in conjunction with the Lead Program Coordinator as a point of contact for IPE‑related operational matters and maintains regular communication with the Director of IPE regarding stakeholder needs, planned activities, scheduling, and issues requiring programmatic direction. Learning Management System ( LMS ) and IPE Content Support: Assists with uploading and updating IPE learning materials, assessments, surveys, and rubrics in applicable learning management and program systems and supports tracking of student participation and activity completion. IPE Data, Participation, and Assessment Tracking: Supports the collection, tracking, organization, and maintenance of participation, assessment, program, and other data related to IPE activities, including documentation for program evaluation, accreditation, and institutional reporting as assigned. Meeting and Program Participation: Attends IPE team meetings and supports IPE program and learning experience planning discussions. May take notes, prepare materials, or contribute feedback based on student and facilitator needs. Administrative and Logistical Support: Assists with room scheduling, supply preparation, and on‑site coordination for IPE activities held on or off campus. Support to CETL Units and other duties as assigned: Provides occasional support to other CETL units, such as Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Educational Technology, as assigned.
