Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com.Technical Skills & Competencies:Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques.Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year)Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles.At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, including dashboard/report creation and data-driven decision support.Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.· Achievements & Accomplishments:o Demonstrated track record of leveraging data-driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.o Experience in developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards.Job-Specific Criteria:Adept at using advanced analytics tools and techniques to solve business problems.Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity.Cultural Fit & Soft Skills:Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions.o Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Presentation Requirements:Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders.Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.Additional Information:Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearanceWork Location: On-site, Arlington, VA. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 - $142,500.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
