Contact Center Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support the Orthopaedic Group, the full-time Contact Center Specialist will manage incoming patient calls, schedule appointments for multiple physicians, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote work environment following comprehensive training. Key responsibilities: Answer multi-line calls, ensuring patient satisfaction and accurate appointment scheduling while verifying patient information Act as an advocate for patients by providing guidance on scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries, while following up on incomplete records Research and resolve billing inquiries, establish payment plans, and assist patients with MyUPMC account access and telemedicine appointments Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of general customer service experience Act 34 clearance
