New Construction Sales Associate – Drive Residential Growth for Moceri Companies

Job Overview:

• Company: Moceri Companies.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 - $100,000.
• Location: Southeast Michigan.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as required.
• Project Scope: New Construction Residential, Custom Homes, and Golf Course Communities.
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid driver's license.

The Opportunity :

You will play a pivotal role in guiding homebuyers through the exciting journey of selecting and purchasing their dream homes. By managing the sales process within our premier communities, you will directly influence the growth and premium brand reputation of Moceri Companies. This position offers a dynamic environment where your relationship-building skills turn prospective buyers into lifelong community residents.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers at model homes, sales centers, and community events.
• Educate customers on available home models, floor plans, community lifestyles, and custom features.
• Guide buyers seamlessly through the home purchasing lifecycle from initial inquiry to final contract execution.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers using CRM software, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate with internal construction teams, mortgage lenders, and design centers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide consistent, proactive updates to homebuyers regarding the construction progress of their new homes.
• Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual residential sales goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in professional sales environments.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and CRM software tracking tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including essential weekend and evening hours.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous sales experience within new home sales, residential construction, or real estate.
• Active real estate license in accordance with local state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, terminology, and floor plan interpretation.
• Solid understanding of home financing, mortgage options, and real estate documentation.
