Key Responsibilities Conduct substantive legal research on issues arising in litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents. Assist with the preparation and presentation of client matters throughout the litigation process. Review and analyze contracts and transactional documents relevant to disputes. Ability to review and analyze contracts and transactional documents. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
