Managing Member: Adam Fishkind Practice Group/Leader: Product Liability and Class Action/Brian Smith Department/Director: Litigation/Michael Cooney Dykema's Bloomfield Hills office is seeking a talented and motivated associate with at least 5 years of experience to join our esteemed National Discovery team in the Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in discovery and complex motion practice, preferably in automotive-related litigation or other comparable products liability or class action defense. Key responsibilities include drafting responses to discovery requests, conducting fact and technical investigations, reviewing technical documents, preparing protective orders, and drafting complex discovery-related motions. The candidate should have experience handling large dockets across multiple jurisdictions and possess strong client interaction skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, prioritize client service, and the ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Familiarity with federal and state court practice is preferred. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required. Why Dykema?
